East wall 2024
MKN Development East wall apartment development and hotel over 13 stories over basement car park. Temporary supplies inc 2 tower cranes, site offices and storage, 110v site power. Jadco worked along side M&E consultant OCSC to come up with a completive and attractive design.
East Wharf is a mixed-use scheme comprising of a 183 bedroom hotel, 105 No. 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments, residential amenity space and a cafe unit in three distinctive blocks ranging in height from 3 to 15 stories. The development was completed in January 2025
Fosterstown 2025
Fosterstown phase one is due for completion Sept 2025 and consists of 82 apartments over a basement car park over 7 stories. This is phase one of a larger development consisting of 265 one, two and three bed apartments.
Strand View 2022
Comprises 72 high-end one, two and three bed apartments and houses located in Raheny.The scheme, which was completed in 2022, comprises of 56 one, two and three bed apartments plus 16 townhouses over a basement car park

Ridgewood 1996 – 2019
Started in 1996. Jadco Electrical (previously Fitzpatrick Electrical has completed over 2000 residential units of mixed use comprising of generally housing units and apartments with cresh, commercial centre and retail units. Over a span of 23 years Jadco has been the only electrical contractor on site delivering up to 4/5 units per week at peak construction stage. Jadco worked closely with the M and E consultant and the developer to design the electrical installation to keep costs at a minimum yet delivering a functionable and fashionable layout.
Burrow Heath — Sutton
An exclusive development of nine, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached houses completed in March 2016. Houses range in size from 143m2 (1,539 sq.ft.) to 200m2 (2,153 sq.ft.)
Apartment Development — Seascape
The Sea Scape Apartments is a development of 59 luxury apartments over and underground car park, suited on the sea front on Clontarf Road. There was extensive temporary supplies, with the erection of 2 tower cranes, site huts and 110v transformers, and temporary lighting. The electrical fit was completed in September 2014 – an 8 month turn a round. The electrical lay out for the apartments, basement and common areas was designed by Jadco Electrical in conjunction with the developer and the electrical engineer, complying with current renewable energy requirements using CHP boilers and LED lighting through out.

A development of 47 large one, two and three bedroom apartments and townhouses completed in 2008.
