Mount Joy Prison
Developer: Bourke Builders
Jadco Electrical has been doing on-going works for the Prison Service for the past 3 years, which involved a number of up grades and new works including an extensive CCTV installation, security, fire alarm and general wiring in the prisons. All Staff are Garda vetted, and we have become familiar with the lay-out and requirements of the IPS code of practice.
St. Patrick’s Prison Electrical Work

St. Matthew’s National School
Developer: Bourke Builders
Jadco Electrical installed a new section of existing school, with new class rooms, staff room, canteen and toilets. The works were carried out while the existing school operated on a daly basis, so most of the works were carried out side school hours. The installation involved a new PA system, additional data, power and lighting, access and intercom, electric gates, and a new main board, fire panel and intruder alarm for the entire school.
New Castle Hospital – Co Wicklow
Developer: Bracegrade
Jadco Electrical carried out excessive up-grades to the existing Newcastle hospital in 2013/2014. Works involved new power and lighting, Fire alarm and AOVs, Data and general power up grades. Other examples of hospital work include the Matter Hospital, Dublin fitting a new day care centre (GEM Construction) , St Columcilles Hospital, Loughlinstown, fitting a dark room and an X-ray room (Bracegrade).
Trinity College Dublin
Developer: GEM Construction
Extensive renovations have been completed in Trinity College over various phases on the student accommodation over the past 3 years. This included stripping out existing electrical installation and rewiring new installation to required spec and standards. This work was done in conjunction with the electrical staff in Trinity College.
